English: flag of Poland, symbolic version in interpretation supported by majority of Polish wikipedians (100% for). As decided in this vote, the symbolic use of Polish flags/CoA should be based on simplified HTML named colors: white (#ffffff) and crimson (#dc143c). This, for instance, includes all templates and infoboxes with Polish Flag or Coat of Arms. Please note that this is not a normative version. The normative act of Polish law says it should look different, but does not directly say what it should look like in sRGB. See Image:Flag of Poland (normative).svg for the normative version converted by Wikipedians from CIE xyY color space to sRGB. Polski: flaga Polski w interpretacji szeroko popieranej przez Polskich wikipedystów (100% za). Zgodnie z decyzją podjętą w tym głosowaniu, symboliczne użycie polskiej flagi/godła powinno być oparte o uproszczone kolory HTML: white (#ffffff) i crimson (#dc143c). Obejmuje to m.in. wszystkie szablony i infoboksy zawierające grafiki flagi czy godła. Należy zwrócić uwagę, że nie jest to wersja wzorcowa. Polska ustawa mówi o tym, że flaga powinna wyglądać inaczej chociaż nie precyzuje wprost jak flaga powinna wyglądać w przestrzeni sRGB. Image:Flag of Poland (normative).svg jest wersją ustawową flagi przeliczoną przez Wikipedystów z przestrzeni kolorów CIE xyY do sRGB. This image is in the public domain because according to Article 4, case 2 of the Polish Copyright Law Act of February 4, 1994 (Dz. U. z 2006 r. Nr 90 poz. 631 with later changes) "normative acts and drafts thereof as well as official documents, materials, signs and symbols are not subject to copyrights". Hence it is assumed that this image has been released into public domain. However in some instances the use of this image in Poland might be regulated by other laws.
